A Little Bit About Me
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, as well as Group Fitness Instructor with Current CPR/BLS and Lifeguard Training. Serving my community by using the platform of fitness and nutrition, I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. Body, mind, and spirit together; for health and well-being is so important for preventative health in fighting infections, viruses, and other health issues as we age.
